I would personally like to thank the folks at crossfit the club for not only showing me how weak I am, but also how uncoordinated I am. Today’s WOD opened my eyes to how bad off I really am.
WOD: 10 sets for time
- 3 hand stand push ups (I couldn’t even keep myself straight with the band harness)
- 5 strict pull ups (This was my only saving grace, because it’s the only kind of pull up I can do)
- 7 ring dips (don’t even ask)
Basically, I had to look pretty ridiculous. I could only imagine the thoughts going through Lindsay’s bald paleo head.
